The journey begins in Passau, where the confluence of the Danube, Inn, and Ilz rivers and the impressive St. Stephen's Cathedral captivate visitors. The route continues to Schlögen, home to the famous Schlögener Schlinge, a spectacular river meander.

In Linz, you'll experience a vibrant mix of modern art at the Ars Electronica Center and the charm of the historic old town. The tour leads to Wallsee, known for its majestic castle, and then to Maria Taferl, with its baroque pilgrimage church and panoramic views over the Danube.

In Krems, the gateway to the Wachau Valley, the historic old town and picturesque vineyards invite relaxation. The final destination is Vienna - a city steeped in culture and history, featuring iconic landmarks like St. Stephen's Cathedral, Schönbrunn Palace, and the magnificent Ringstrasse. 1st Day: Individual Arrival in Passau
Passau - the bishop's city with its cathedral and the world's largest church organ. Receive your information package and rental bikes (if booked). Unsupervised parking is available in a fenced area near the hotel. Underground parking near the train station is also an option.

2nd Day: Passau - Schlögen/Wesenufer/St. Agatha (approx. 40 km)
Cycle from Passau via Obernzell (Engelhartszell Castle, Abbey) to Wesenufer or Schlögen. A city tour of Passau's "Three Rivers" is possible and can also be done on the arrival day.

3rd Day: Schlögen - Linz (approx. 56 km)
Ride from Schlögen through Kaiserau and Aschach to Linz. Enjoy the stunning route through the Schlögener Schlinge, where you can take a break at countryside inns. Continue cycling through the Eferding Basin to the capital city of Linz.

4th Day: Linz - Wallsee/Au/Perg (approx. 42 km)
Follow the Danube through the Machland region, cross the river via a power plant to reach Mauthausen, and proceed to your destination in Au or via Mitterkirchen to Wallsee.

5th Day: Wallsee - Pöchlarn/Maria Taferl (approx. 56 km)
Pass by the legendary Wörth Island to reach the historically rich Nibelungengau. Continue through Ybbs (power plant), Säusenstein (Abbey), and on to the pilgrimage site Maria Taferl or Marbach.

6th Day: Maria Taferl - Krems/Traismauer (approx. 51/66 km)
Ride past Melk (Abbey) and Dürnstein (ruins) to Krems. The Wachau region, perhaps the most famous stretch of the Danube, offers vineyards, orchards, and traditional "Heurige" wine taverns for tastings.

7th Day: Krems/Traismauer - Vienna (approx. 63-78 km)
Cycle through the Tullner Basin to the Roman town of Tulln, then to Höflein, a suburb of Vienna. Continue through Klosterneuburg and on to Vienna, arriving at your hotel. Shorten the route by taking the S-Bahn to the city center (ticket payable locally).

8th Day: Return from Vienna to Passau, Individual Departure or Extension
You can book additional nights in Vienna and Passau if desired.

- Return by bus from the hotel on Saturday.
- Return by train possible on all other days, with direct connections every two hours!
- Return transfer for personal bikes available on Saturdays for an additional fee. For train returns, bike transfer is available on Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. Bikes must be dropped off the evening before (Wed, Thurs, Sat).
